At 5:17 Total Body Transformations, we empower our clients to realize their full potential - this was our focus before "empowerment" became a buzzword. True empowerment puts authority in someone's own hands, and that's the approach we take with health & wellness. 

We believe each person intuitively knows what's best for them. We help our clients identify what definition of wellness resonates, and then we champion it.

We take the time to get to know each of our clients, understand what they're looking for, an then create a program that is client-led to help them achieve it. We're not going to tell you what to eat, or make you do exercises you hate, or use shame or guilt or fear tactics to produce results.

Licensed Professionals

Our trainers are licensed through the National Association of Sports Medicine (NASM) or State and hold 2+ years experience.

Challenge Training Options

Six sessions total (twice a week) you'll train with our certified personal trainers in a routine specifically designed for your individual needs and goals. The trainer will walk you through each exercise, setting up equipment and explaining the exercise, then watch your form and make any corrections necessary.

1-on-1 Training

These 30-minute sessions offer the most flexible schedule and are ideal for those brand new to training, those who have lingering injuries or movement restrictions due to injury, and those with a tight or inflexible schedule. 

Investment: $649

Semi-Private Training

These sessions operate on a fixed schedule are 45 minutes and includes 2-4 clients. Click here to view current schedule. Note limited spaces are available for this option and additional classes are likely to be added.
